The Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning is a Chinese language learning programme abroad. The centre is promoted by the Overseas Community Affairs Council of the Republic of China (Taiwan) from June 2021. The aim of the project is to support Chinese schools abroad in creating learning centres dedicated to teaching Mandarin with typically Taiwanese characteristics. The courses are based on the use of traditional Chinese and the main teaching materials are developed directly by the council itself.
